Our Story began when our founders, Craig and Kishan, first crossed paths. Craig, who was successfully managing some of Kishan’s personal buy-to-let (BTL) properties in Liverpool and Hull, was running another property management business at the time. After working together for some time and recognizing their complementary skills and shared passion for property, they decided to join forces. This partnership led to the birth of Win Property Ltd.
Their dynamic works because, as they put it, they are "chalk and cheese" — Craig comes from a construction background and previously ran a successful electrical business before transitioning into property full-time. Meanwhile, Kishan, a successful lawyer and CEO of a prominent London law firm, brings a wealth of legal expertise and strategic vision to the business.
Craig serves as the Operational Director and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company. His hands-on experience in construction and property management ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.
Recently, Vish joined the team as a shareholder, further enhancing our expertise. Vish brings extensive banking and financial knowledge, having worked as a director for major institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. He also holds a sustainability degree from Cambridge University, which he now applies at Win Property, making sure we are at the forefront of sustainable practices in the property industry.
Together, our team brings a blend of practical experience, legal expertise, and financial acumen that allows us to offer comprehensive solutions for our clients, no matter their property needs.
